How do I request my university email?
Sign in to the Sandip University ERP and open the email request link. Your details are filled in automatically and your new address is generated for you.
When will I receive my credentials?
Credentials are sent to your ERP-registered personal email, and to an additional email if you add one, within 7 working days.
What format will my email address have?
Usually firstnamelastname.school@sandipuniversity.edu.in. If that is taken, the course or PRN is added to keep it unique.
I already submitted a request. Can I submit again?
No need. Open the ERP link again to see the status of your existing request and where your credentials will be sent.
My details in the request are wrong. What should I do?
Your details come from ERP. Ask your department to correct them in ERP, then open the request link again.
